Cancellation Requests With More Than 24 Hours Before Pickup
If you are cancelling your rental with 24 hours or more before your pickup date and time, a full refund will be given.
Cancellation Requests With Less Than 24 Hours Before Pickup
If you are cancelling your rental with less than 24 hours before your pickup date and time, a cancellation fee equal to 1 day's rental fees will be charged to your payment method.
